About the Curriculum

Now forming the group Connections: Building a Life of Resilience

Connections is based on the work of Brené Brown to facilitate the development of shame resilience. We will read her book I Thought It Was Just Me (but it isn’t): Making the Journey from “What Will People Think?” to “I Am Enough.”; and over the course of 12 weeks will explore the themes of the book in the context of your life story. The group is targeted to help clients work through issues such as shame, self-esteem, love and belonging, authenticity, empathy, connection, empowerment, and the ability to cultivate a resilient spirit.

The fee is $300 for 12 sessions. Email me at mark@myrantherapy.com to enroll or get more information.
